A 4 hour intimate picnic experience set up at your desired location. (Parks are a 2 hour rental period)

FAQ
What happens if it rains?
The weather in Youngstown can be so unpredictable… unfortunately we cannot refund bookings based on inclement weather. If you have already booked and see that it is going to rain, we will BEE more than happy to reschedule within 3 months. If you need to reschedule a second time, there will be a 20% rescheduling fee. We can also move your picnic to indoors if you like.
Do your picnics come with food?
The short answer.. Yes and No. We work with local vendors to offer charcuterie boxes to enhance your picnic as an add on. We need at least a week an advance to place your add on order.
Can I bring my own food and alcohol?
Yes!! Bring your favorite foods, please keep in mind that alcohol is not permitted in parks. If your picnic location is at your home or a site that allows alcohol that is perfectly fine!
Can I choose the picnic theme?
Of course! You will find those options available on our booking inquiry form. Wanting something custom? We can talk about that during your consultation, keep in mind there may be a service fee added if we do not have supplies on hand.
