What is included?

For Teepee Rentals each guest will enjoy their own mattress, fitted sheet, blanket, pillow, breakfast tray, lantern or neon, twinkle lights, and decor that goes along with your theme choice (Varies theme to theme)

Bell Tent Glampout - each guest will have their own mattress, fitted sheet, pillow, and blanket. (Cold weather sleeping bags provided upon request)An area rug, side tables, lanterns, themed decor, and twinkle lights are also provided.

Bell Tent Lounge - Custom wood tables with table decor, Assorted floor pillows & poufs, area rugs, chandelier or themed centerpiece, Bar cart or side tables. *Furniture rentals available as an upgrade

Picnics- Custom wood tables to accommodate your guests, themed decor, area rug, pillows, & table settings

Business Hours

We do our best to get back to your initial inquiry within 24 hours, however it really does depend on when you submit- as we are buzzing around like crazy Friday-Sunday with events.

Mondays we try and take a much needed rest after the weekend 💛🐝

Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays are the absolute best times we can get back to you. This is when we have time to answer any questions you may have and do your party consultations. We understand and know how busy you are too! We are flexible for your phone consults throughout the day with consults typically taking 5-15 minutes depending on your event.

How much space

do I need?

Our smallest bell tent requires at least 20 square feet in diameter and 11 feet for height clearance. Fairly level ground is needed for setup. Please see our different bell tent package options for more in depth measurements

Our indoor teepees with air mattresses are 75 inches long, 33 inches wide, and 10 inches high. We also provide memory foam mattresses that are narrower if you are worried about space. Please visit our teepee section for more in depth dimensions.

What themes do you offer?

We have over 20 themes to choose from our inventory. Don’t see a theme you like or have an idea or vision that you would like us to bring to life? We are happy to work with you to create a custom theme or color scheme! (Additional fees may apply if items are not within our inventory)

Service Fee & Booking

There will BEE a 15% service fee for all bookings

This includes cleaning fees, consultation, delivery, set up, and tear down

There is a 50% deposit to book with the remaining balance due 2 weeks prior to your event date

Travel Fees

If you are 15 miles outside the Youngstown area delivery fees will apply. 

  • 15-25 miles      $40.00

  • 26-35 miles     $70.00

  • 36-50 miles    $85.00

  • 51-75 miles    $110.00 and up

​ We are willing to travel outside of our delivery area pending the type of booking. Please inquire for rates if you are further than 75 miles.

Our Busy Bees have been to Akron, Bath, Chagrin Falls, Mentor, Chardon, Canton, Bolivar, Kent, Cleveland, Mentor, Greenville, Cranberry, Pittsburgh, New Castle

It never hurts to put an inquiry in, we may bee able to get you on the schedule

Weather

What if it rains? 

Our tents are all-weatherproof, so just a little rain shouldn't interfere with your plans. However, in the event of severe weather like high winds, T-Storms, tornadoes, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation with a full refund.  We don't want to risk putting any of our guests in danger or damaging our tents.

If there is inclement weather for your picnic we are happy to transfer to another date.

Do you set everything up?

YES!! We set up and break down each site so you don't have to worry about anything. Let us bee the BUSY BEES and you kick back and relax!

When is delivery and pick up?

Typically our set ups are between

10:00 a.m. -4:00 p.m.

Pick-ups the following day are between

10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m

We do our absolute best to accommodate your schedule with pick up and delivery. Once our schedule is finalized for the weekend we will bee in touch with your delivery window. We will always text or call with our ETA so you know exactly when to expect us.

Do you accept tips?

We DO!!! And thank you so much for appreciating the hard work and love that goes in to each of our set ups! <3

Pets

We are Pet Friendly- HOWEVER, your Pets must be very well behaved.  If your pets like to chase wildlife, the bell tent will not... I REPEAT will not contain them in the tent. Pets should never be left unattended in the tent.  With that said, any damages due to pet or human alike,  are subject to damage charges.

The Pet fee is $30 for the first pet and $15 for the second. Max is 2 pets.

Bugs

We think this goes without saying... but... we will say it. Do your best to keep the tent zipped at all times to eliminate bugs from entering the tent. There is mesh screening that provides natural air flow, as well as this being a VERY breathable canvas tent.

Smoking

Any smoking, cooking, or open fires need to be done OUTSIDE OF THE TENT. Please use the provided fire pit or appropriate space. Failure to do so can lead to paying in any damages

Cleaning

After each and everyone one of your Glamping experiences we take great care in sanitizing our bell tents and teepees. This means washing all linens, vacuuming rugs, disinfecting each piece of furniture by using disinfectant sprays, Steam Cleaning pillows and a UV Light Sanitizer.

All linens are professionally laundered
